Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Sheltech Bashati Fair 2012 will begin in the capital Dhaka on Thursday with an offer of 15 per cent discount to buyers against each flat or land.
“We will offer five new apartment projects at Banani, Bashundhara, Mirpur and Central Road and five new land projects at Uttara, Mirpur, Khilgaon and Ghulshan in the fair besides other old projects,” Sheltech Managing Director Taufiq M Seraj said while speaking at a press conference at its head office in city on Wednesday on the eve of the 17-day long Sheltech Bashati Fair 2012.
Mr Seraj said the clients will get 15 percent discount on flat and land. The clients will get gifts — Sony Bravia LCD and DVD player — for each booking of apartment and land in the fair.
The fair will be held at the head office of Sheltech at Panthapath for the visitors. Sheltech is organizing the fair to celebrate the 24th anniversary of its inception.
The fair will remain open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm every day till March 31 including public holidays.
Three financial institutions — IDLC Finance Ltd, Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd (DBH) and National Housing Finance and Investments Ltd — will take part in the fair.
