Shinepukur Ceramics recommends 15% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Shinepukur Ceramics Limited has recommended 15% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 29.06.2013, Time: 12:00 noon, Venue: Beximco Industrial Park, Sarabo, Kashimpur, Gazipur. Record date: 20.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 0.71, NAV per share of BDT 35.56 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.62 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
