Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Six more sponsor directors of two companies expressed their willingness to buy shares at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
Al-Haj Abdul Malek Mollah, one of the sponsor directors of Al Arafa Islami Bank expressed his intention to buy 6,00,000 shares in addition to his current holding of 94,73,627 shares of the bank.
Alhaj Abdus Salam, one of the directors of the Al Arafa Islami Bank expressed his intention to buy 2,00,000 shares in addition to his current holding of 82,81,891 shares of the bank.
Anjan Chowdhury, Tapan Chowdhury, Samuel S Chowdhury and Ratna Patra, all are sponsors directors of Square Pharma expressed their intention to buy 25,000 shares each in addition to their current holdings of 1,27,69,890 shares, 1,25,27,890 shares, 1,21,09,130 shares and 1,13,42,650 shares respectively.
