Sonali Aansh declares 10pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The Board of Directors of Sonali Aansh has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Jute sector company will be held on December 30 at 11am at the White House Hotel, 155, Shantinagar, Dhaka-1217. Record Date: 21.12.2014.
The company has also reported net profit of BDT 1.62 million, EPS of BDT 0.60, NAV per share of BDT 225.58 and NOCFPS of BDT (15.53) for the year ended on June 30, 2014 as against BDT 7.19 million, BDT 2.65, BDT 226.00 and BDT (24.23) respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2013.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
