Sonargaon Textiles recommends 5% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Sonargaon Textiles has recommended 5% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.

Date of AGM: 22.06.2013, Time: 12:00 Noon, Venue: Barisal Club, Barisal. Record Date: 26.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of  BDT 0.28, NAV per share of BDT 36.22 and NOCFPS of BDT (2.72) for the year ended on December 31, 2012 as against BDT 0.79, BDT 46.00 and BDT 1.94 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2011.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
