Square Textile recommends 33% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Square Textile has recommended 18% cash dividend and 15% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 13.06.2013, Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Factory Premises, Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gazipur, Dhaka. Record Date: 12.05.2013.

The Company has also reported NAV of BDT 4,486.73 million, EPS of BDT 4.97 and NOCFPS of BDT 5.01 for the year ended on December 31, 2012. The Board of Directors has also approved BDT 15.00 crore for BMRE, raw cotton godown and purchase of land for further expansion.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
