Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published simultaneously across the country on Monday.
Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Fahima Khatun said that Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at 1:00 pm through a press conference at the secretariat in the capital Dhaka on the day.
She also said the minister will earlier hand over a copy of the results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The examinees were asked to collect the results from their respective educational institutions, or from the website of the education board.
Some 1.42 million examinees under 10 education boards sat for the public examination that began on February 1 this year. Of them about 0.74 million are male and 0.68 million female.
