Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The results of this year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations will be published on May 30.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid informed this to reporters at the secretariat after the regular cabinet meeting on Monday.
The SSC examinations which were scheduled to begin on February 2 however started on February 6 due to the countrywide strike and non-stop transport blockade in Bangladesh.
The political turmoil also forced the Bangladesh government to reschedule the examinations for a number of times.
Around 1.5 million students across the country appeared the examinations under eight general education boards, one madrasa board and one technical education board.
