Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): Stocks trading on the bourses saw mixed trend in the early hour on Tuesday amid slow turnover trend.
Prime index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, DGEN went up only 0.50 points to stand the break-even point at 4,112.11 after first 30 minutes of trading.
Turnover value stood at only BDT 60 million till the report was filed at about 11am.
Of the issues traded, 51 advanced, 40 declined and 29 remained unchanged.
United Airways topped the turnover chart with shares worth BDT 15 million changing hands.
The Selective Categories Index of Chittagong Stock Exchange stands at 7,990 after gaining 5.13 points after first 30 minutes of trading.
Earlier, on Monday, DGEN lost 11.39 points with six-month low turnover value.
