Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The board of directors of Stylecraft Ltd, a textile sector company, has recommended 60 percent cash dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2015, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
The final approval will come from the AGM scheduled to be held on August 27 at 3:00pm at the Banquet Hall of Hotel Abakash in Mohakhali of Dhaka-1212.
The record date of the company is July 30.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 62.57, NAV per share of BDT 372.70 and NOCFPS of BDT 325.00 for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today following its corporate declaration.
