Summit Purbanchol Power recommends 25pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Summit Purbanchol Power Company has recommended 25 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2015, said an official disclosure on Wednesday.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting scheduled to be held on April 27 at 10:00am at the Krisibid Institute Complex BD in Dhaka.
The record date is on April 5.
The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of BDT 5.23, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 32.22 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 6.39 for the year ended on December 31, 2015.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Wednesday) following its corporate declaration.
Tuesday’s closing price of each Summit Purbanchol Power Company share was BDT 57.4.
