Three-day housing fair begins in Bangladesh’s capital

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- A three-day housing fair –Shopnodhara Assets Development Limited Housing Fair—began    at the Hotel Ruposhi Bangla in the capital Dhaka on Thursday with a view to attracting housing buyers with special offers.
State Minister for Local Government and Rural Development  (LGRD) Jahangir Kabir Nanak formally inaugurated the fair as the chief guest by cutting a ribbon at the hotel.
The fair will remain open to visitors from 10 am to 8:00 pm till November 24 with no entry fee.
Sukumar Ranjan Ghosh, MP, Sheikh Harun-or-Rashid, administrator of Khulna Zila Parisad, Alhaj Mohammad Israfil  Advocate and Barrister Zakir Ahmed, director of Agrani Bank, were present at the opening ceremony.
The minister said the fair would help promote the housing and linkage industries.
