Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– A three-member FIFA delegation is in the city to weigh up the initiative of Bangladesh Football Federation’s proposed football academy.
The delegates are David Borja, development manager, Asia Jean, Michel FIFA technical director and Shaji Pravakaran, development officer of
FIFA, India.
The delegates also watched the high profile Abahani-Mohammedan match at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital Dhaka Friday afternoon.
Earlier, the BFF officials met the FIFA delegates in Dhaka and discussed about the FIFA president’s upcoming tour schedule in Bangladesh and agendas. They also discussed on FIFA’s help about the financial, technical, player selection and others football areas.
BFF President Kazi Salahuddin, Vice Presidents Badol Roy and Kazi Nabil Ahmed, and BFF members Harunur Rashid, Sirajul Islam Bachchu and Anwarul Haque Helal were present on the occasion.
