Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Board of Directors of three more listed companies – Prime Finance & Investment, S. Alam Cold Rolled Steels and IPDC have recommended dividend, said separate disclosures on Thursday.
Prime Finance: The Board of Directors has recommended 12.50 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
The AGM will be held on March 30 at 10:30am at the Bashundhara Convention Centre-02, Block-C, Umme Kulsum Road, Bashundhara R.A., Baridhara, Dhaka. Record Date: 09.03.2015.
The Company has also reported consolidated net profit after tax of BDT 469.73 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 1.59, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 16.47 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 2.66 for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
S. Alam Clod Rolled Steels: The Board of Directors of S. Alam Clod Rolled Steels has recommended 15 percent cash dividend for the year ended on September 30, 2014.
The AGM will be held on March 28 at 11am at the Shoronika(Community Center), 13, Love Lane, Chittagong. Record date: 09.03.2015.
The Company has also reported consolidated net profit after tax of BDT 95.43 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 0.98, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 20.12 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 3.97 for the year ended on September 30, 2014 as against BDT 196.09 million, BDT 1.94, BDT 20.44 and BDT 0.49 respectively for the year ended on September 30, 2013.
IPDC: The Board of Directors of IPDC (Industrial Prom. & Development Company) has recommended 5 percent cash dividend and 10 percent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 165.51 million, EPS of BDT 1.44, NAV per share of BDT 19.97 and NOCFPS of BDT (0.14) for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
The AGM will be held on April 29 at 10am and the venue to be notified later on. Record Date: 09.03.2015.
The Company has also informed that Land and Building has been revalued by professional valuer which stands at BDT 150.16 million against written down value of BDT 41.87 million.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of these companies today (Thursday) following their corporate declarations.
