Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The Bangladesh Railway has decided to  change timetable of `Moitree Express’, the Dhaka-Kolkata cross  border train service, from June 20 after implementing day light  saving (DLS) measures in the country.

Timetable of all train services would remain unchanged, a press statement said in the capital, Dhaka on Wednesday.

Rescheduling of `Moitree Express’ has been made due to re-adjustment of time one-hour ahead to be implemented only inside Bangladesh, the statement added.

Under the new schedule the `Moitree’ Express will depart Dhaka Cantonment Station at 9.30 am (local time) instead of present 8.30 am and arrive in Darshana at 15.15 pm instead of 14.15 pm.

On the other hand, the train leaving India will arrive at Darshana at 13.10 pm instead of existing 12.10 pm and reach Dhaka Cantonment Station at 21.25 pm instead of 20.30 pm by departing Darshana at 15.35 instead of 14.40 pm, according to the statement.
