Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Three listed fuel and power companies of Bangladesh recommended dividend for the year ended on June 30 in 2015, according to separate official disclosures on Wednesday.
The companies are: Titas Gas, Padma Oil and Eastern Lubricants.
TITAS GAS: The board of directors of Titas Gas has recommended 15 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 22 at 10:))am at Officers’ Club, Dhaka.
The record date of the company is December 1.
The company has also reported earnings (EPS) of BDT 8.98, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 58.36 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 10.21 for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
PADMA OIL: The board of directors of the oil company has recommended 100 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
The AGM will be held on February 13 to give the final nod of the dividend.
The AGM is scheduled to be held at 11:00am at Chittagong Boat Club in Chittagong.
The record date of the company is December 21.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 19.63, NAV per share of BDT 83.85 and NOCFPS of BDT 87.90 for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
EASTERN LUBRICANTS: The board of directors has recommended 30 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
The AGM will be held on January 16, 2016 at 11:00am at Hotel Agrabad in Chittagong.
The record date of the oil company is December 2.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 3.39, NAV per share of BDT 73.41 and NOCFPS of BDT 61.98 for the year ended on June 30, 2015.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of these companies today following their corporate declarations.
