Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – A tourism road show will begin prior to World Tourism Day on September 27 with a view to raising awareness about tourism and biodiversity in Bangladesh.
The nine-day road show will travel from Cox’s Bazar to the Sundarbans from September 19 and come to the capital Dhaka on September 25 this year.During the travel, the road show will cross eight districts.
The state-run Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation in association with the Parjatan Real Estate Investors Association of Bangladesh (PRIAB) is organizing the event.
The road show titled ‘Road To Sundarbans’ is aimed at raising awareness among the people about the importance of conserving biodiversity while promoting the country’s potential tourism industry, the organizers said.
