Treasury bond yield remains unchanged in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The central bank of Bangladesh held auction for BDT 3.5 billion in 5-Year Bangladesh Government Treasury Bonds (BGTB) on Tuesday last.

Seventeen bids that were offered amounted to a total of BDT 3.6209 billion. Of those, two bids amounting to BDT 115.90 million were accepted, and BDT 3.3841 billion was devolved on the primary dealers.

The implicit yield for the tenor remained unchanged at 7.88 percent.
