Treasury bond yield rises in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Bangladesh Bank held auction for 182-Day Treasury Bills on September last. Thirteen bids amounting total of BDT 2.94 billion for 182-Day T. Bills were offered. But those bids were not accepted.
    
An auction of 10-Year Bangladesh Government Treasury Bond was held on September 13 last where 18 bids amounting total of BDT 3.22 billion were offered against pre-targeted amount of BDT 3 Billion.

Of those, 18 bids amounting total of BDT 3 Billion were accepted. The coupon rate of the accepted bids rose by 3 bps to 9.53 percent.
