Treasury securities’ yields rise in Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The central bank of Bangladesh held auctions for BDT 2.5 billion in Bangladesh Government Treasury Bills this week, treasury officials said.  

The auction was for 182-days Treasury Bills conducted on 24-Oct-2010. The implicit yields for the tenor increased by 20 basis points to 3.75 percent.

On the other hand, an auction of 20-Year Bangladesh Government Treasury Bonds was held on October 26 last. The implicit yield for the tenor increased by 02 basis points to 9.25 percent.
