Trust Bank signs deal with LR Global Bangladesh

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Merchant Bank Division of Trust Bank Limited and LR Global Bangladesh AMC in the board room of Trust Bank Head Office in the capital Dhaka recently.

Trust Bank Merchant Bank Division has taken the responsibility of distributing the ‘LR Global Mutual Fund One’ scheme of BDT 1.0 billion (face value BDT 10) through private placement which would be the first biggest mutual fund in the country operated by any foreign Asset Management Company (AMC).

Trust Bank Managing Director Shah Alam Sarwar and LR Global Bangladesh AMC CEO signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies, an announcement said.
