Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Bangladesh Bank (BB) General Managers (GMs) M Abdul Haque and M Naushad Ali Chowdhury have been promoted as executive director(ED), a BB announcement said on Tuesday.
Mr. Haque joined the central bank as assistant director in July 1981 and worked in a number of departments and before promotion he served as GM of newly formed department named Deposit Insurance Department (DID).
On the other hand, M Naushad Ali Chowdhury, GM of the BB Chittagong office, joined the central bank as first class officer.
Mr. Chowdhury worked in different departments of BB headquarters as well as branch offices prior to get promotion as executive director.
