Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The trading of shares of two newly-listed companies – ICB Employees Provident Mutual Fund One: Scheme One and Provati Insurance Company Limited – will start on Monday.
Trading of the shares of ICB Employees Provident Mutual Fund One: Scheme One will start under ‘A’ category as per the Dhaka Stock Exchange’s (DSE) Board of Directors decision. DSE Trading Code for this mutual fund is “ICBEPMF1S1” and DSE company code # 12171.
The total size of the fund is BDT 750 million and Initial Public Offering (IPO) size is BDT 472.5 million, while the unit size is BDT 10.
On the other hand, Provati Insurance Company Limited will go for its share trading under ‘N’ category. DSE Trading Code for the company is “PROVATIINS” and DSE company code # 25743.
Provati Insurance offloaded 0.9 million ordinary shares worth BDT 90 million and each share has a face value of BDT 100.
