Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL) and Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited (BSRM) has arranged a Signing Ceremony Program at Radission Blu Water Garden Hotel recently executed between 16 Financial Institutions under the lead arrangement of UCBL for arranging Syndicated Term Loan amounting BDT 2785.77 million for the BMRE project of the company.
M. Shahjahan Bhuiyan, Managing Director of UCBL and Alihussain Akberali, Chairman of BSRM Group and signatories of respective Financial Institutions signed the Financing Agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Shahidul Islam, Additional Managing Director of UCBL; Mirza Mahmud Rafiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director of UCBL; Mamun Ur Rashid, Deputy Managing Director of UCBL; Tariquil Azam, Deputy Managing Director of UCBL; A.S.M Arif, Senior Vice President & Head of Structured Finance Division of UCBL; Aameir Alihussain, Managing Director of BSRM Group, Tapan K. Podder, Financial Consultant of BSRM Group; Shekhar Ranjan Kar, CFO of BSRM Group and other senior officials of both the organizations were present in the program.
