UCBL recommends 10% cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of United Commercial Bank Ltd has recommended 10% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 06.06.2013, Time: 11:30 AM. Record Date: 13.05.2013. Venue of the AGM to be notified later on.

The Company has also reported EPS of  BDT 1.90, NAV per share of BDT 21.72 and NOCFPS of BDT 9.65 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
