Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– United Airways (BD) Limited will start flying on Dhaka-Muscat route from third week of next month, the company said on Wednesday.

“We’ve already obtained the permission from Muscat Civil Aviation Authority to operate in the route with our own Airbus-310 having 250 seats and will fly to Muscat from third week of January 2012,” Chairman and Managing Director, United Airways Capt Tasbirul Ahmed Choudhury said.

United Airways has also obtained permission from the Civil Aviation
Authority of Bangladesh to operate four flights to Muscat.

United Airways is now operating more international routes from Dhaka to Jeddah, Dubai, London, Kuala Lumpur, Katmandu, Kolkata and Bangkok.
