Update: Food poisoning sickens one apparel work dies

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- More than 200 workers of a garment factory who fell sick after eating foods provided by the factory authorities in the Ashulia industrial belt off the Dhaka city on Thursday died on Friday. 
 
The deceased was identified as Nazrul Islam, 36, storekeeper of the Starling Creation Limited. Nazrul breathed his last at home after his return from hospital. 
 
Police said they fell sick after eating the foods, including eggs, bananas and bread, distributed among them at about 7.00pm. About 200 of them were admitted to the Women and Children Health Complex.
