Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The US dollar gained slightly against the Bangladesh Taka (BDT) in the inter-bank foreign exchange market on Tuesday mainly due to higher demand for the greenback for settlement of import payment bills.
The US dollar was quoted at BDT 76.24 – BDT 76.27 in the inter-bank foreign exchange market on the day against BDT 76.20 – BDT 76.25 of the previous working days, according to the central bank statistics.
