US dollar gains against JPY, CHF

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The U. S. Dollar (USD) rose against the Japanese Yen (JPY) and the Swiss Franc (CHF) on Friday after U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said the Fed was prepared to provide stimulus to boost a U.S. economic recovery that had slowed more than expected. USD rose as high as 85.49 JPY and 1.0295 CHF, according to reports.
