Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The US Dollar (US$) fell to a two month low against the Euro (EUR) on concerns over the credit worthiness of the US

The Greenback fell as low as 1.4051 against EUR as credit default swaps to insure 5-year US Treasuries rose 3.1 basis points to a three week high, according to reports.

The Canadian Dollar (CAD) gained on rising oil prices, as investors looked to assets that would gain on the back of economic recovery. CAD rose as high as 1.1188 against US$, the highest in eight months.
