Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Trustee of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One has declared 7.5 percent cash dividend for the year ended on 30 September 2016, said an official disclosure on Thursday.
The trustee of the mutual fund has declared the divined based on the net income for the current year and considering previous retained earnings, the disclosure said.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is on 22 December 2016.
The Trustee of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One has reported earnings per unit (EPU) of BDT 0.47 for the period from December 24, 2015 to September 30, 2016 and net operating cash flow per unit (NOCFPU) of BDT 0.02 for the period from December 24, 2015 to September 30, 2016. Net asset value (NAV) per unit was BDT 11.17 on the basis of market price and NAV per unit was BDT 11.28 on the basis of cost price as on September 30, 2016.
There will be no price limit today on the trading of units of the Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One following its corporate disclosure.
Each unit of the mutual fund, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in January this year, closed at BDT 9.40 on Wednesday.
