Weekly roundup: call money rates ease after Eid holidays

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Though the inter-bank call money market rates eased a little during the week just after the Eid holidays, the shorter week observed a wider range between 5.00 to 9.00 percent.

Call money rates traded as low as 4.25 percent on Wednesday. On Thursday, most of the deals settled between 6.00 to 7.00 percent range, treasury officials confirmed.
