World stocks fall lingering fears about economic growth

New York, NY (BBN) - Lingering fears about economic growth drove world stocks to a one-month low on Friday, while boosting the safe-haven appeal of U.S. government bonds and the U.S. Dollar (USD). 
The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 202 Points or 1.94 percent while the Nasdaq composite index shed off 36 points or 1.62 percent in last two days of the week, according to reports.
