Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Nobel laureate Professor Mohammad Yunus expressed his profound shock at the death of Professor Kabir Chowdhury.
In a condolence message Dr. Yunus said “Professor Chowdhury made significant contribution to our Education sector in a global context as well as to the Universities in
which he worked most especially University of Dhaka.”
“He was a crucial link to the past, and a bridge to the future for Bangladesh. Professor
Chowdhury was a force for the issues he cared about, and will be deeply missed by all of us,” he added.
