INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp instant yeast
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp hot water
1/3 cup milk, warmed
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/4– 1 1/2 cups flour
CINNAMON CRUMB TOPPING:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
14 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
ICING:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp milk (more or less)
INSTRUCTIONS:
For dough: Combine yeast, sugar, hot water, and warm milk in a mixing bowl.
Stir till yeast dissolves.
Add salt and oil.
Stir in one cup of the flour and mix well.
Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Knead a few times on a floured counter.
Return to the bowl, cover, and let rest 15 minutes.
Roll or press out to a 12″ circle on a lightly greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.
For crumb mixture: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together till crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the crust.
Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or till crust is light brown.
Whisk together the icing ingredients and drizzle over the pizza, according to Dessert.ph.
