1/2 lemon
2 cups all purpose flour
ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
cooking oil for deep frying
FOR MAYO SAUCE:
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
PROCEDURES:
Squeeze lemon into fish fillet.
In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Roll the fish into the mixture coating evenly.
Fry fish in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Drain and remove excess oil.
